PITTSBURGH - Seasoned Soldiers in the 316th ESC’s 444th AG Company (Postal) taught the lessons learned from their rotational deployments to Poland over the past four years to their newest Soldiers during annual training conducted at the unit's headquarters in Pittsburgh during August. Soldiers like Spc. Dulcina Fragata, a HR specialist who is a graduate of the Army’s Postal Operations Course, demonstrated how to accept the various kinds of mail from Soldiers in a deployed environment. “The most important things for mail handling is customer interaction and safety,” she said. The 444th Postal unit currently has two platoons deployed to Poland while the remainder remains ready for their opportunity to demonstrate their skills during a deployment.
