ARPC NOTAM 165 - Commanders -- On Sept. 27, the Office of the Secretary of Defense approved a one-time Exception to Policy to Department of Defense Instruction 1300.19, “Joint Officer Management (JOM) Program” to allow Lieutenant Colonels and Colonels the opportunity to apply for Joint Experience (e-JDA) Credit for experiences older than 12 months since experience completion. This one-time exception is good only for Lieutenant Colonels and Colonels serving in grade as of Sept. 27, 2015, who participated in experiences they believe meet the definition of Joint Matters that were gained after Oct. 1, 2010.
