Very much dissatisfied with your bundle packages pricing. Not only bundle packages pricing but In every option overpricing, unnecessary combination of data-minutes options forcing towards customer dissatisfaction increase. I myself was a regular customer of Robi but now a day's it's very expensive and irritating to use Robi services. Not only me But I see the same reactions from other customers also.

There could have include some important things like both outgoing calls and messages and incoming call in call history. Most of your feature is unnecessary and unhelpful. Fully dissatisfied with this app

After recent update, Family pack has been redesigned, as a result, I can not add my family members easily, showing "already a member of another family ", but actually this no is not added to another. I request to help executive center, bit they does not canyacts us to solve.
