This product has a decent hold. I like to style my 2.5" hair upright, and this product can achieve this better than most of the other drugstore products I've tried so far. However, it could be better and leaves me wanting more. This product is unscented, which is a plus for me. My biggest complaint is that this is the most difficult to apply out of all the products I've tried. I feel like I'm pulling on my hair too hard and over long-term use, I can see this being a problem. Your hair definitely needs to be wet when applying. It's also the most difficult to get off your hands. Overall, it's a decent product worth trying, but it's not the best for me. I would recommend the American Crew Matte Clay.

the product is not of good quality. apparently not original. the paste is like melted butter. I have been using this paste for over 10 years and I know how it should look. Naturally, this mixture does not fix the hair! I am attaching a photo, below is the original paste - look at the consistency!

American Crew, has always been my favourite ever since i have started using hair products. I use the shampoo and conditioner along with the Fibre. I used Pomade before but i find better hold and long ladting shine with Fibre and hence the switch and havent looked back since. A bit pricey but totally worth it in comparison as the quality of my hair has not been compromised.
