It's raining fish in Guntur

A village in Guntur district experienced a bizarre incident when hundreds of small fish rained down in the wee hours of Sunday. The villagers of Vuyyurupalem woke up to a shocking fish rain in the fields. Hundreds of fish were spread across the fields.

As the news spread, the villagers rushed to the fields to collect the aquatic creatures. It has become a common sight in Guntur district as this is the third such incident there. On an average, the size of the fish sizes was between four to five inches and many of them were alive when the villagers arrived.
